How it works:
Step 1
Free orientation.
We have our first session!
We have a pillow fight, eat ice cream, and drink a bottle of wine (each)…Kidding.
In this introduction, I get to see where you’re at: what you desire and what a successful future means to you. In other words, I learn what you want out of these sessions.
You get to see how a typical session goes…and whether or not you hate me.
Step 2
I keep you accountable as your clarity sharpens.
Through regular conversations, I help you hyper-focus on what your values are–what’s most important to you. Then, you and I develop Action Steps for you to pursue those values. You leave each session with a plan to move forward.
Armed with your Action Steps, you go into the upcoming week confidently. More clarity and focus. Less fog, distractions, and doubt.
You find your high school bully and give them a swirly and shove them into a locker.
Action. Motivation. Results. In that order.
Step 3
We review and you improve.
Weekly or biweekly, at a time you choose and commit to, we meet in person or on video chat and converse about whatever is on your heart and mind.
We drink more wine and talk about religion and politics…Again, kidding.
We review your Action Steps:
Wins. Struggles.
What’s working. What’s not.
Together, we’ll ride the highs and take valuable lessons from the lows.
We’ll swing our partners. And I dare say we’ll do-si-do.
The end result.
You take over the world.
I sit upon the pile of ash you’ve left in your wake and I beg for God’s forgiveness asking, “What have I created?”

You will take consistent action toward what matters most to you: living a healthier, more productive, and more fulfilling life.
As your coach, I:
Ask you the right questions.
Nobody knows you better than you do (except your internet history).
You have all the answers. My job is to help you bring them to the forefront of your mind and get you to think deeply about what you want and why you want it.
We’ll also do a number of thought exercises and activities.
Help you set meaningful and achievable goals.
Daily, weekly, monthly, even lifetime goals.
We’ll clearly define them so they are measurable and specific. You’ll know exactly what you’re working toward and be able to track your progress.
Give you advice and mentorship if you ever ask for it.
These sessions aren’t about me. I’m not here to tell you what to do or how to live. But if you ask for it, I can share my personal insights and experiences so you can see if any of my tricks, hacks, or habits resonate with you.
I am not a certified therapist, nutritionist, or personal trainer. My expertise is in systems, habits, and essentialism.
I can’t tell you which exercises to do or what to eat.
What I can do is help you develop habits that point you toward what you want and away from what you don’t.
